Pipe Rehabilitation Services

EcoDrain specializes in cutting-edge, trenchless rehabilitation. Also known as, Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP). Designed to repair and renew existing pipelines without excavation or intrusive access to inaccessible areas.

What is CIPP?

A felt or fiberglass liner with a resin (epoxy, polyester, or vinylester) that is custom-made to the diameter and shape of an existing pipe. Inserting the resin-saturated liner into the damaged pipe, the resin is cured using heat, steam, or ultraviolet light. This forms a new pipe within the damaged one.

Epoxy Resin Coating

Epoxy Resin coating is another trenchless pipe rehabilitation method that involves brushing or spraying epoxy along the inside of the pipes. It is used in a wide range of applications: including sewers, drains, potable water, swimming pools, vents, and much more.

Why Use Trenchless Rehabilitation?

Eco-Friendly

Decreased Risk of Contamination

Trenchless

By sealing leaks and preventing pipe bursts, the CIPP process helps to avoid the contamination of soil and ground water from sewage or chemicals. This protects local ecosystems and water supplies from pollution.

Conservation of Resources

Reduced Carbon Emissions

The CIPP method repairs existing pipes from the inside. This eliminates the need to manufacture, transport, and install new piping materials. This conserves raw materials and reduces energy consumption involved with creating new pipes.

Longevity & Durability

Efficient Water Use

The new pipe created within the existing one, is highly resistant to corrosion, leaks, and tree root invasions. This extends the lifespan of the sewer or water systems and reduces the need for future repairs and replacements.
